Disney Channel has ordered additional episodes for the third season of
Hannah Montana and a second season of The Suite Life on Deck-the
network’s hit live-action series.
In the fourth quarter, Hannah Montana was basic cable’s top-rated series
among kids 6-11 and tweens 9-14 and the No. 1 scripted series in total
viewers. The Suite Life on Deck is currently ranks second among kids
6-11 and tweens 9-14 and is the third most-watched scripted series on
basic cable in total viewers.
“The talent behind Hannah Montana has made it a true global sensation and
cultural icon not just on television, where it topped the ratings on Disney
Channels around the globe, but as a chart-topping music act and beyond,”
Gary Marsh, president of entertainment for Disney Channels Worldwide,
said in a statement. “We’re thrilled with the extraordinary performance
of our newest series, The Suite Life on Deck, in the U.S. and globally,
and we look forward to telling more great stories with this talented
cast and production team.”
Since its premiere in September, The Suite Life on Deck has reached
27 million unduplicated viewers worldwide. Set aboard a luxury cruise liner,
the series tells the story of teenage twins Zack and Cody Martin
and hotel heiress London Tipton as they spend a semester at sea
aboard the SS Tipton.
Yes we know that and now a preview of Ep 15 which will air 1/30/09 called Shipnotized:
London is hypnotized to act like Bailey. Cody tries to get into Harvard. And Zack gets a date with the dean’s daughter.

The ship docks near Rome and London falls for a handsome street musician, but Bailey learns that the young man’s motives aren’t entirely pure.
Meanwhile, Zack and Cody concoct a plan to become chefs so they can eat at a famous Italian restaurant.

This should get interesting as Bailey has the chance to save London from a big mistake…is that a wad of cash in her hand as she’s hugging the new guy?

Maddie Fitzpatrick is finally back! In this episode, Maddie visits her friends as they dock at a European port and Maddie and Bailey become new fast friends.
Prince Jeffy of Linchtenstamp (not a real county-don’t try to find it on a map), who’s only 8 years old, falls in love with Maddie and wants her hand in marriage. If she refuses, the ship cannot leave, so it’s up to Zack and Cody to save her honor and get the ship back on the seas.

As we expect, Zack and Cody come up with a crazy (yet effective) plan to save everyone, including Maddie.
Some interesting trivia- We all know that Zack has had a crush on Maddie for forever and in this episode, this is the first time Maddie says “Sweet Thang” to Zack, previously Zack was the one saying it to Maddie. Could Maddie be falling for a more mature Zack? Here’s a quote:
Maddie: “Wow, Zack! Who knew you’d turn out to be my knight in shining armor?”
Zack: (sighs) “Well, I did, and I always knew you’d be my princess.”
(hugs)
Zack: “Now what say we ride my trusty steed into the sunset!”
Maddie: “It would be my honor.”

Also in this episode, London realizes that Maddie has found a new friend in Bailey and I don’t think she ever thought that Maddie would ever choose to pal around with someone else when she (London) was around.

This looks like a good episode not to miss!
