Miley, who will really turn 16 on November 23rd, is having a private party at Disneyland early in honor of the event and to recognize the organization, Youth Service America that promotes the awareness of the need for young people to volunteer in their communities.

The pricey tickets sold out quickly after they went on sale in August and the park will be closed down for the private party which will be held from 6-11 PM. Plans include having Miley sing a few songs and there will be a special fireworks show.

Don’t worry about not getting in- Disney Parks has set up a website just for the event so if you are interested, you should bookmark it and visit it the next day. It promises party videos and pictures.
